Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and routine reporting to comply with regulatory standards, ensuring that all necessary forms are completed in a timely manner.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate clients effectively and guide treatment decisions, collaborating with the clinical team to ensure shared understanding and coherence in approach.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that address behavioral challenges effectively.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the organization’s commitment to quality service delivery.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate access to necessary resources.

• Effectively communicate with various stakeholders to uphold contract standards and promote the organization’s mission within the community.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to develop partnerships that enhance service delivery and secure funding opportunities.

• Commit to personal and professional development by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings relevant to mental health counseling.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with the organization’s objectives.
