Key Responsibilities\n

• Document all clinical activities in a timely manner in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with team members to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to each client's unique challenges and strengths.

• Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements by actively participating in all necessary processes.

• Act as a liaison between clients, relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate access to a broad spectrum of services.

• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and other stakeholders to promote therapeutic progress and uphold community engagement standards.

• Build and nurture partnerships with local, state, and federal organizations to enhance our service offerings and seek new funding sources.

• Engage in continual professional development through attending conferences and training sessions, while representing our agency at various committees and task forces related to mental health.

• Other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director in alignment with organizational goals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
