Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs, and develop personalized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Provide crisis intervention and collaborate on pre-crisis and crisis plans to ensure the safety and well-being of clients at risk.

• Complete necessary documentation in a timely manner while adhering to regulatory standards and clinical guidelines.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as designated by the clinical team to inform assessments and treatment approaches.

• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Engage proactively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality and integrity of the organization.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant community resources, state agencies, and local service providers to facilitate care and support.

• Foster open communication with stakeholders to meet contract standards and effectively promote our organizational mission.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with community organizations, state and federal agencies to enhance service offerings and identify funding opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license issued by the state regulatory board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
