Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans, including crisis management strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and individualized intervention plans to support client wellness.

• Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including progress notes and treatment reviews.

• Collaborate with clinical teams to utilize evidence-based screening tools that inform treatment strategies and improve client outcomes.

• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the standards of our organization and address service requirements effectively.

• Engage with external service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate holistic support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges such as impactful substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and recovery from brain injuries. Your role will empower clients to achieve personal wellness goals through tailored therapeutic approaches and continuous support, ultimately contributing to their recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid and independent LMHC License issued by the state board is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
