Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status through interviews, standardized assessments, and interaction with other providers.

• Develop, implement, and manage personalized therapy plans based on individual client needs, focusing on evidence-based approaches tailored to various patient conditions.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions (individual or group) to guide clients through their therapeutic journey, helping them acquire coping strategies and life skills.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, providing referrals to additional services when necessary, such as psychiatric evaluations or support groups.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of cases, including treatment notes, progress reports, and assessments using EHR tools.

• Engage in continuous learning through consultation with peers, attending training sessions, and staying abreast of the latest mental health research and techniques.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
