Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

  Utilize evidence-based screening tools, collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team to assess client needs and outcomes.

  Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining high-quality standards in service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
