Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible remote work environment, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions with clients from the comfort of your own space. Our outpatient office setting is designed to foster a supportive atmosphere, encouraging open dialogue and collaboration among staff. With a regular workweek from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, you will maintain a balanced professional schedule while being equipped with all the necessary technology and resources to support your clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations of patient needs to identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances and goals.

• Engage with clients in meaningful dialogue during sessions, maintaining a patient-centered approach while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

• Educate clients and their families on effective coping mechanisms and stress management strategies.
\n
• Track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect individual development and emerging needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social services, medical providers, and community organizations, to ensure comprehensive care and resource availability for patients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including continuing education to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification and stay abreast of the latest trauma-informed practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with patients who have experienced trauma, ranging from physical injuries to emotional distress. This focus requires sensitivity, patience, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals in crisis. Your role will be instrumental in not only helping them understand their conditions but also providing the tools necessary for their recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
