Work Environment\n

This position is predominantly remote, facilitating a telehealth work setting where you can connect with clients across various locations while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. We operate a user-friendly platform available 7 days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM, allowing for adaptable therapeutic engagement. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies that meet each client's specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various groups including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care that addresses the holistic needs of our clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in professional development activities including workshops, to remain informed about the latest mental health research and practices.

As a LMHC at Holy Family & Marriage Services, you will work with a diverse client population seeking assistance for a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Proficient with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and telehealth technologies.
