Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, including pre-crisis and crisis planning.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to evaluate client needs and track progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Engage in timely documentation of clinical interactions and treatment progress, upholding the highest standards of practice and maintaining confidentiality.

• Serve as a liaison with local and state service systems, fostering partnerships that enhance resource availability for clients.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the integrity of our services and organization.

• Create clear lines of communication to ensure that the needs of clients are met and that agency missions are effectively upheld within community interactions.
