This position will be conducted in a fully remote setting, offering flexibility and convenience. Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, facilitating a perfect work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using empirically supported techniques that are tailored to meet diverse client needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the unique challenges and strengths of each client, designing personalized treatment plans to guide their therapeutic journey.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver holistic and coordinated care tailored to client needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation in alignment with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring all client interactions are recorded accurately in our electronic health record systems.

• Stay continuously informed about the latest research and emerging best practices in mental health treatments, actively participating in professional development opportunities and team consultations to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele reflects the diverse communities of Oakland and surrounding areas, encompassing a wide range of demographics and backgrounds. Counselors will work with individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to effectively engage with clients from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related discipline.

• Active licensure in California as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience with diverse populations in mental health treatment settings.

• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to foster rapport with clients, as well as work collaboratively within a team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
