As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at The Outlet, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Crafting and implementing individualized treatment plans that focus on fostering trauma recovery and promoting resilience.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), that have been proven effective in helping clients process their traumatic experiences.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at assisting clients in developing essential coping strategies and supporting their healing journeys.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure integrated, comprehensive care for each client.

• Offering crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring that clients feel safe and well-supported.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
