Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to identify their needs, establish rapport, and facilitate healing.

• Providing couples therapy aimed at improving communication and resolving interpersonal conflicts through evidence-based techniques.

• Engaging with families to strengthen relationships and address challenges, using family systems theory as a foundational framework.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet each client's unique goals.

• Conducting thorough assessments and diagnosing mental health disorders using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, including referrals to specialists when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, with a proven track record of providing effective therapeutic services.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the formation of trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and a strong comfort level with remote service provision.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
