Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to accurately identify clients' mental health challenges and determine appropriate treatment strategies.

• Create individualized therapy plans that focus on addressing clients' unique needs, providing tailored therapeutic interventions to foster positive change.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring an engaging and supportive environment for all participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide holistic and integrated mental health care, ensuring all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Our focus is on building supportive relationships that help clients develop effective coping mechanisms and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid State License as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, possessing the ability to cultivate a secure and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental approach, essential for understanding and addressing the complexities of clients' experiences.
