Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a strong connection to your clients. Our outpatient office model allows for high-quality, individualized therapy sessions, ensuring you can deliver the utmost care in a setting that suits your needs. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing consistency for your clients and clarity in your work schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, allowing for personalized care.

• Collaborate with clients to develop innovative and tailored treatment plans that align with their individual goals and specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to foster positive changes in clients' lives.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work primarily with clients grappling with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression and anxiety. Your clients may include individuals from various backgrounds, including those who are homeless, refugees, or survivors of domestic abuse. Your understanding and sensitivity towards these unique experiences will enable you to provide effective support and guidance.

• Active and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
