Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' individual mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop tailored treatment plans with specific goals and therapeutic interventions designed to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create and implement coordinated care plans that address all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, perform risk assessments, and establish safety plans as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards while utilizing our electronic health record system.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, providing support and guidance to enhance clients' therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients quickly.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses available.
