Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will involve various critical tasks including:

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals remotely to provide comprehensive patient-centered care, ensuring all aspects of a patient’s emotional and psychological well-being are addressed.

• Offering immediate virtual support to families in acute crises through online sessions; your expertise will be essential in stabilizing challenging situations and navigating conflicts.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on thorough virtual assessments, adjusted as necessary to reflect client progress and evolving needs.

• Conducting a variety of therapy sessions—individual, family, and group—using secure telehealth platforms, and employing various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy.

Qualifications\n

To be a successful candidate for this position, you must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• An active state licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.
