Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and support systems, utilizing structured intake forms and interviews.

• Provide therapy sessions—both individual and group—employing various evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop tailored treatment plans with specific, measurable goals, ensuring ongoing adjustments based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary professionals to coordinate care and share insights through regular team meetings and shared electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Conduct crisis interventions, engaging in risk assessments and creating safety plans for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups that help educate clients about mental health issues and foster communal support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in alignment with both ethical standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Renewed Roots, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families.
