Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of clients to identify their mental health needs and appropriate treatment pathways.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's specific issues and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques rooted in the latest therapeutic research.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for each client.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients' families, helping them understand the therapeutic process and engage in healing alongside their loved ones.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with industry regulations and ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of client trust and safety.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Clinical experience in providing therapy via telehealth formats.

Compensation and Benefits\n
