Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct 100% telehealth therapy sessions with children, teens, and their families, utilizing platforms that prioritize confidentiality and accessibility.

• Engage regularly with clients and their families through virtual meetings, providing counseling, support, and therapeutic interventions tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) tailored for diverse populations.

• Collaborate with a team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, during treatment planning and team meetings to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of assessments, treatment progress, and client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and young adults facing various mental health challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Your expertise will assist these vulnerable populations in navigating their emotional landscapes, fostering resilience, and achieving personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from a recognized and accredited institution.

• Active licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent credential.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing therapy to children, teens, and young adults in a mental health setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated proficiency in administering various forms of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) effectively through telehealth platforms.

• A strong track record of treating and developing intervention strategies for pediatric ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and PTSD.

• Experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401K matching program, paid parental leave, and paid time off (PTO) accrual.
