Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative case meetings with multidisciplinary team members to create a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate virtual support and crisis intervention to families experiencing acute emotional or behavioral crises, employing de-escalation techniques effectively.

• Create tailored treatment plans based on virtual assessments, regularly adjusting them to respond to client progress and evolving needs.

• Conduct secure virtual therapy sessions one-on-one or in groups, utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychotherapy, ensuring clients receive evidence-based interventions.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment notes in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring high-quality record-keeping.

• Maintain knowledge of new therapeutic techniques and mental health research to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
