The flexible work structure allows you to set your own caseload, which averages 10-30 billable hours weekly. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and deliver targeted short-term psychotherapy to address varied mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to provide individual, couples, and group therapy tailored to specific client situations.

• Management of crisis interventions, skills training, and supportive therapy, ensuring responsiveness to clients’ immediate needs.

• Collaborate closely with licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, and physicians, especially when determining the appropriate course of treatment.

• Document all therapeutic encounters accurately, maintaining compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in supervision, training sessions, and quality management initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current LMFT or Psy.D license to practice in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
