Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative discussions with healthcare professionals within our group practice to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, effectively addressing the multifaceted needs of each patient.

• Provide immediate virtual interventions and support to families facing acute crises by stabilizing situations and guiding them through conflict resolution via online platforms.

• Create and refine personalized treatment plans based on individual virtual assessments, regularly monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to optimize effectiveness.

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using secure telehealth technologies, implementing tailored therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. Utilizing virtual platforms, you will adapt to each client’s unique circumstances and ensure that care is accessible and efficient, reaching those who might otherwise face barriers to receiving support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• An active license as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
