Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to understand each client's unique background, issues, and therapy needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly adjust personalized treatment plans to address the specific goals and challenges of each client.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychotherapy, ensuring adaptations for the online setting.

• Provide immediate virtual support during crises, offering guidance to clients and families in distress, and helping to stabilize situations through effective conflict resolution strategies.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals within the organization to ensure an integrative approach to care that encompasses the full spectrum of patient well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality of patient records at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse client population, including individuals facing relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health or substance use challenges. You will provide support to not only adults but also families navigating significant life transitions and crises, making your role crucial in their journey towards healing and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.

• Strong ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Solid knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses and treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
