Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations for clients using the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to accurately assess mental health status.

• Deliver short-term psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups, employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide crisis intervention, supportive therapy, and skills training while facilitating couples and family counseling as needed.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical team, participating in consultations related to treatment planning and assessments.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation, prepare reports, and coordinate care with external agencies, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing clinical team meetings, quality management activities, and supervisory discussions to review challenging cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily includes individuals and families dealing with a spectrum of mental health and dual diagnosis disorders. Qualifications\n

• Valid LMFT or Psy.D licensure to practice in Florida.

• A master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
