Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative discussions with fellow healthcare professionals through secure telecommunication tools to develop a holistic approach to patient care, encompassing all aspects of the client's emotional and psychological well-being.

• Provide immediate and responsive virtual support to individuals and families experiencing acute crises, employing de-escalation techniques to stabilize situations and resolve conflicts via video and chat platforms.

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to create tailored treatment plans, incorporating measurable goals and objectives that will be adjusted consistently based on client progress and feedback.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using secure telehealth solutions, employing a variety of clinical approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychotherapy tailored to client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from various backgrounds facing challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Your role will focus on providing empathetic understanding and evidence-based treatment that guides clients towards healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.

• Active California state licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in mental health, counseling, or related fields is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in group therapy facilitation is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in utilizing multiple technology platforms, including telehealth software and internal communication tools, to enhance client connectivity and support.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses and treatment methodologies.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year.
