Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly synchronous evidence-based outpatient care via live video sessions to adults experiencing a wide range of emotional disorders including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that specifically address family dynamics, patterns of behavior, and personal goals, ensuring that each patient receives tailored interventions.

• Conduct therapeutic sessions remotely using established video conferencing platforms, ensuring that all technical aspects of the sessions run smoothly to enhance the patient experience.

• Empower individuals and family members to develop effective coping strategies, utilizing psychoeducation to encourage proactive engagement with therapeutic processes.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients’ emotional and mental health needs, including accurate diagnoses that conform to accepted standards, and create strategic treatment plans aimed at achieving their personal objectives and improving overall wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A valid, active LMFT license issued by the State of California, with no disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
