Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment where clients can share experiences and learn from one another.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatric staff, to execute effective treatment strategies and provide integrated care.

• Educate clients and their families about social and emotional aspects of mental health, leading workshops or informational sessions as appropriate.

• Stay current with emerging techniques and therapies, integrating them into practice to enhance client outcomes.

• Provide referrals to external community agencies to facilitate comprehensive support for clients requiring additional services.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies.

• Engage in active case management, ensuring that clients receive the best possible care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families dealing with mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will work closely with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, guiding them through their recovery journeys while fostering resilience and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Must possess a valid and independently licensed LMFT credential.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment.

• Strong boundaries with clients, modeling professional conduct that fosters trust and respect.

• Adept in interpreting various forms of data and instructions and utilizing them in clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proficiency in teletherapy techniques and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
