Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Peak Social Worker Center, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Developing comprehensive and individualized treatment plans with clear objectives to guide client progress.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure holistic care and seamless service delivery.

• Offering crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and formulating safety plans as necessary to address immediate client needs.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in adherence with relevant ethical guidelines and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
