Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Delivering high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Implementing treatment approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to drive healing and personal growth.

• Developing customized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Offering crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation that meets ethical and legal standards for patient confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
