Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions for adults experiencing various emotional disorders, utilizing synchronous video conferencing technology to facilitate impactful interactions.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, focusing on family relationship dynamics, identified maladaptive behaviors, and personal challenges.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and collaboratively create actionable goals aimed at improving their emotional well-being.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions that encourage clients and their family members to cultivate productive coping mechanisms and relational skills to address their challenges.

• Engage with clients throughout the treatment process, providing referral recommendations and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition in their care.

You will primarily work with adults who are dealing with a wide array of emotional and psychological concerns, ranging from anxiety and depression to family conflicts and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
