Key Responsibilities\n

As a Telehealth LMFT, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments via video conferencing to evaluate clients' relational dynamics and emotional struggles.

• Implementing family systems theory and systemic interventions to address and enhance relationship dynamics and resolve communication issues.

• Providing immediate crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and their families.

• Maintaining accurate electronic client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Educating clients on effective communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and coping methods to improve their overall emotional health.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create a comprehensive care plan that may involve referrals to additional specialists, fostering an integrated approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, accompanied by a signing bonus.
