Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic modalities to suit each client's context and goals.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists to ensure holistic care for clients, including discussion of case progress and joint treatment strategies.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational protocol to ensure compliance and enhance quality of care.

• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, peer consultations, and professional development opportunities to hone skills and stay current on best practices in the field.

• Research emerging trends in marriage and family therapy, integrating new insights into practice to continually improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
