Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish strong, trusting relationships with patients to create a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions, active listening, and clinical techniques to guide discussions.

• Regularly meet with patients to evaluate progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support and motivation.

Your work will predominantly focus on a diverse range of individuals and families coping with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
