Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma history, ensuring a thorough understanding for treatment planning.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, healing, and resilience-building strategies tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), ensuring best practices are followed.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, effectively guiding patients in processing their trauma and developing practical coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure continuity of care, recognizing the importance of an integrated treatment approach.

• Offer crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating calm and competence in high-stress situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, demonstrating hands-on involvement in trauma therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, reflecting the expertise and dedication you bring to our practice.
