Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed assessments to understand patients' trauma histories, ensuring that individualized treatment methodologies are effectively developed.

• Implement tailored treatment plans aimed at facilitating trauma recovery and building resilience, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in New York.
