Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for new clients, evaluating their substance abuse history and mental health conditions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address not only addiction but also underlying mental health concerns, tailoring approaches to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and strategies to ensure an integrated care experience for clients.

• Engage and educate clients’ families, fostering their involvement and support in the recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring accurate clinical data tracking and reporting.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be on individuals battling substance use disorders, many of whom may also experience concurrent psychological difficulties such as anxiety or depression. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
