Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to understand clients' substance abuse backgrounds and mental health conditions effectively.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored specifically to address both addiction and co-occurring mental health issues.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Work in tandem with other members of the treatment team to coordinate care and share insights, ensuring a holistic approach to each client’s recovery journey.

• Educate and involve clients’ families in the recovery process, providing resources and support to enhance their understanding of addiction and mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with industry regulations and company policies to track client progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
