This role will be conducted in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while still engaging directly with clients through virtual therapy sessions. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, all dedicated to creating a safe space for recovery and rehabilitation. Our outpatient office setup supports an atmosphere conducive to engaging therapy, allowing clients to participate in their recovery in a comfortable setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use histories alongside their mental health backgrounds.

• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that specifically address clients' addiction issues and any co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Work closely with other treatment team members, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring integrated and holistic care for each client.

• Educate and guide clients' families, encouraging their involvement and support in the recovery process to strengthen client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements, ensuring client confidentiality and care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals facing substance abuse challenges, including alcohol and drug dependencies. You will also work with clients experiencing co-occurring mental health disorders, providing tailored strategies to address the complexities of dual diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
