Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients to evaluate their mental health status, personal history, and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by each client in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in building coping skills and strategies necessary for overcoming their challenges.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and outcomes.

• Act as a liaison for clients needing additional support services, making referrals to psychiatrists, support groups, or community resources as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and treatment in our electronic health record (EHR) system in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and present a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Your role is crucial in helping them navigate their journeys to recovery, providing them with empathetic support and evidence-based interventions suited to their specific cultural and personal contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling with a broad range of clinical knowledge.

• Demonstrated expertise in various mental health disorders, including those commonly encountered in community settings.

• Experience using culturally responsive therapy techniques while delivering individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
