Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, blending the convenience of teletherapy with the supportive structure of a community health clinic. Our team members enjoy a flexible schedule while maintaining a work-life balance, operating primarily Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adjustments to align with the needs of our clients. As part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to foster effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and establish personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, addressing common mental health issues and promoting community-building among participants.

• Offer crisis intervention services, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies to ensure safety and stabilization.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, available community resources, and coping strategies.

• Maintain meticulous documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality.

• Actively engage in case consultations and team meetings, sharing insights and participating in professional development initiatives to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Strong foundation in mental health disorders and proactive therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated experience in performing mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.

• Proficient in delivering both individual and group therapy across diverse populations, with an emphasis on inclusivity.

Compensation and Benefits\n
