Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the needs and challenges faced by clients, utilizing various evaluation frameworks.

• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to client preferences.

• Provide ongoing individual therapy, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote client growth and well-being.

• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress regularly to ensure meaningful outcomes.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to provide accessible virtual sessions, especially for clients facing physical or logistical challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with ethical standards and best practices, utilizing our case management software.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development sessions to continuously enhance your skills and stay current with industry standards.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Registered (LCSW-R).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
