Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments using standardized screening tools to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and determine specific treatment needs.

• Collaborate effectively with clients to set individualized therapy goals and objectives, ensuring that their unique challenges are addressed.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress toward treatment goals using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, engaging in periodic reviews to adjust plans as necessary.

• Coordinate care by collaborating with other healthcare professionals—such as psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and social workers—to provide comprehensive treatment that addresses all aspects of the client’s health.

• Offer educational resources and support for clients’ families, helping them understand treatment processes and encouraging their involvement in recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your ability to adapt your therapeutic approach to cater to clients of different backgrounds and age groups will be essential in fostering successful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
