Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge the mental health status and unique needs of each client.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual client goals, ensuring that care aligns with best practices in mental health.

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients using a variety of evidence-based and solution-focused approaches tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Utilize advanced teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring continuity of care and easy accessibility for clients.

• Administer crisis intervention services timely and effectively, providing critical support to clients in distress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed of the latest mental health practices and industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our diverse client population necessitates a deep understanding of various mental health issues and the ability to adapt therapeutic methods to better fit the unique cultural and personal backgrounds of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a mental health professional (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to form trusting relationships with clients.
\n
• Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in all interactions.
\n
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management capabilities to manage a varied caseload effectively.

• No record of disciplinary action on professional licensing board.
