Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations to assess clients’ mental health needs, personal history, and goal setting.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients using an array of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques.

• Utilize teletherapy to maintain consistent and effective communication with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, demonstrating quick thinking and emotional support in high-pressure situations.

• Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with the latest methodologies, research findings, and best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• No record of disciplinary actions on your professional license.
