Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough initial assessments to accurately ascertain and document clients' mental health concerns and treatment objectives.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to monitor progress.

• Conduct therapy sessions focusing on individual treatment for adult clients through teletherapy, applying solution-focused approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention services to assist clients in acute situations, ensuring immediate support is available as needed.

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with mental health trends, therapeutic techniques, and best practices in the field.

• Engage in collaborative case reviews and team meetings to enhance treatment strategies and share insights with colleagues.

The client demographic you will serve consists primarily of adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective session interactions and client rapport building.
\n
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and adept time management abilities.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions from relevant licensing boards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy methodologies.

• A background in crisis intervention or mental health advocacy is desirable.

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with caseload and experience.
