Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments, including intake evaluations and ongoing treatment planning to establish therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s level degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.

• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent, allowing you to provide unsupervised therapy services in California.

• Two or more years of experience in clinical psychotherapy, with a proven record of successful client outcomes.

• Proficient in conducting intake assessments, diagnosing psychological disorders, and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Strong documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and thorough session notes.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken by licensing boards in any jurisdiction.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with telehealth technology and requirements for providing remote therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus, health insurance stipend eligibility after meeting minimum working conditions, and a referral program to earn bonuses for successful client placements. As a telehealth provider, you will also have complete control over your work schedule, allowing you to choose your hours for professional and personal balance.
