Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients, establishing a clear understanding of their needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique goals of each client, adjusting these plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, which may include individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy, ensuring that clients receive holistic support.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, utilizing measurement tools and feedback to refine treatment approaches.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients in acute situations, ensuring their safety and emotional stability.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records that comply with all legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and mental health professionals to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care.

• Engage in continuing education, staying current with the latest therapeutic techniques, research, and field developments.

• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is to support adolescents and young adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and more. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a genuine passion for helping others.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing a varied caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
