Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, mental health conditions, and personalized treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans focused on evidence-based practices that facilitate client growth and healing.
\n
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness strategies.

• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide regular feedback to clients and their support networks.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, utilizing electronic medical record systems effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population ranging from adolescents to adults, addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Our clients often come from varied backgrounds and circumstances, necessitating a culturally sensitive approach to therapy that respects and understands their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two years of clinical experience providing direct mental health services in a therapeutic setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
