Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will undertake a variety of essential functions, including:

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to understand each client's substance use history and mental health status.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address both addiction and co-occurring mental health issues, ensuring a tailored approach for each client.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists, to provide integrated care.

• Educate and support clients' families to foster their involvement in the recovery process and build a comprehensive support system.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

Qualifications\n
