This role is primarily remote, with occasional meetings in our outpatient office as needed. You will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to ensure integrated and holistic care for individuals struggling with substance abuse. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to understand clients' substance abuse history, mental health conditions, and overall treatment requirements.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address addiction and any co-occurring mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) to guide clients through their recovery journeys.

• Collaborate closely with the treatment team, including medical and mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care delivery.

• Provide education and support to clients’ families, fostering engagement and understanding of the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records to ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications\n
